For almost three decades, Joel has devoted his expertise to the exciting world of diving. His work reflects a unique vision, mission, and values that help capture the essence of how he interacts with others. It cements his commitment to excellence that is required to compete in a challenging world.

Not content to become another veteran within his industry, the choice of returning to college was a conscious act. With new skills and ideas joined to an already extensive career future collaboration and consultation can be achieved. During this journey passions evolved in the areas of communications, education, and the environment. Today all of these exciting discoveries and realizations are incorporated into not only his work in diving but with our youth. In 2016 Joel joined the teaching staff at Lake Havasu High School.  He teaches Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Science.
