North Carolina Technical diving Workshop 1998 http://olympusdiving.com/review.htm Olympus Dive Center, Morehead City, NC sponsored a technical diving workshop September 13 through 18, 1998. The educational staff for this program consisted of Workshop Director, Joel Silverstein, Olympus Dive Center Director of Training, Robert (Bob) Decker and NAUI Technical instructor, Lee Livingston. The workshop was a huge success with both staff and participants learning a great deal from the program.
